Summer Rates 2010

Nightly rates are based on 2 people per bedroom. Children 12 and under are free. Extra person charge is $20/person per night. Rates do not include tax of 12.8%.

With the exception of Owl Creek Homes (4 night minimum) and Woodrun V (3 night minimum), properties have a 2-night minimum during the summer.

A deposit of one night's lodging will be due at time of booking and the balance is due on arrival. Cancellations received at least 30 days prior to arrival will receive a refund less a $50 handling fee. If cancellations are received less than 30 days prior to arrival, one night's lodging deposit will be forfeited. A 48-hour notice is required for reservation changes or guest is charged for full stay.

Reservations for 8 nights or longer will require full payment 30 days prior to arrival and will be subject to full forfeiture if canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival. Special rates and policies are available for long term stays of 30 days or more.
