Accommodations are offered in exceptional, preferred and standard categories. Many of our property images depict exceptional category accommodations. Interior décor and appointments vary and are uniquely designed according to individual homeowner tastes and preferences. Bedding configurations vary and cannot be guaranteed, however, we make every effort to accommodate the needs of our guests.

• Exceptional: Recently remodeled property with new or newer flooring, high quality fashionable furnishings, and well-coordinated decorative themes. These accommodations offer newly remodeled kitchens and bathrooms including new appliances and fixtures.
• Preferred: Flooring and furnishings are newer than original, and either kitchens or baths may have been recently remodeled. Some wear may appear in property, but otherwise in excellent condition. Appliances have been upgraded from original.
• Standard: Some original flooring, furnishings and appliances may still exist in property and may show wear, but accommodations are clean and fixtures and appliances are in good working condition. This category offers tremendous value in our resort; located within deluxe slope side properties that offer first-class amenities and services.
